Independent pharmacy · Walnut Creek, CA

Compounded.
Packed.
Delivered.

Custom medications made in our own lab, sorted into multi-dose bubble packs, and delivered free to homes, care facilities and hospitals across Contra Costa and Alameda County.

1 · Compounding lab

Made for one patient, by hand, in our lab

When a commercial product doesn't fit, our pharmacists compound one that does: a strength that isn't made, a dye- or allergen-free base, a cream instead of a pill, a flavor a child or pet will take.

2 · Multi-dose packaging

Every dose sealed by day and time

Medications go into color-coded bubble cards labeled Morning, Noon, Evening and Bedtime. Caregivers pop a bubble and give the dose: no pill boxes, no medicine cups, no sorting.

3 · Facilities & delivery

A whole facility's cycle, on one delivery

RCFEs, SNFs, group homes, hospice and hospitals get synced cycles, printed MARs and LIC 622 forms, eMAR integration, and a pharmacist on call 24/7. Patients at home get free delivery too.

Common questions

How do I transfer my prescriptions to Qd Pharmacy?

Send us the transfer form or call 925-939-6312 with your current pharmacy's name and your medication names. We contact them and move everything over, usually within one business day.

Do I need a prescription for a compounded medication?

Yes. Every compounded medication is prepared for a specific patient on a valid prescription. We're happy to talk with your doctor, dentist or veterinarian about a formula.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery to homes, offices and facilities in our service area is free. Same-day and next-day off-cycle deliveries are available, and emergency deliveries are arranged based on need.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare and Medi-Cal. Compounded medications may not be covered by every plan; we'll tell you the cost before we prepare anything.

Can my facility switch to bubble packing mid-month?

Yes. We review your current medication list, set a sync date, and bridge any medications until the first full cycle arrives. See how onboarding works.
